Preferential Policies
1.Financial Policy
To promote the development of the foreign investment enterprise,all the
enterprises investing In HNIDZB can enjoy the following supporting policies:
1).As for the enterprise outside Bengbu city registered in the zone,the
local retention of the income tax will be refund to the enterprise by
100% in the first two years and by 50% in the next 3 years from the date
of tax levied.
2).As for the enterprise approved as the provincial-class Hi-Tech enterprise,the
local retention of the income tax will be refund to the enterprise by
100% in the first three years and by 50% in the next 5 years from the
date of appraisal.
3).As for the product made in the enterprise registered in the zone,if
its product was approved as the provincial Hi-Tech product,the local retention
of valueadded tax of the product will be refund to the enterprise In the
first three years from the date of appraisal.
4).The above-mentioned preferential policies can t be enjoyed repeatedly
and the best preferential policy should be chosen preferably.
2.Land Policy
1).As for the industrial project according to The Control Criterion on
the Construction Land of Industrial Project issued by The Ministry of
Land and Resources, P.R.C.,the transfer price of the national land isn’t
less than 70% of the basic land price.
2).As for the business land,it will be transferred by the methods of listing,invitation
for bid or public auction.
3).As for the public welfare projects invested by government,such as education
facilities, hospitals,the land with in the standard can be obtained by
payable transfer. As for the other funded education facility, hospital
and other public welfare projects,the national land s price is no less
than the basic land price.
3.Charges Policy
As for the newly building foreign funded enterprise,it will enjoy Zero
Charges in the administrative fees levied by the finance authority of
the zone in the period of its construction.
